The Velvet Den | THE DANCE TOWARDS STILLNESS
A beautifully still and restorative yin session to land back in the body. We start with facial somatics to release tension from the face and then move to the floor for some much needed hip releases.
You will need to hand:
A bolster (or a big, sturdy pillow)
2 blocks (or 2 hardback books)
2 blankets
An eye pillow (if you have one)
Our second yin practice during 30 Days Of Dance to bring harmony back into the system.
